I think the least of all MAC bowl teams would have to be Akron, and they get the toughest MAC bowl opponent in FAU playing in their home stadium in the Boca Raton Bowl. I do not know how that was decided. I think FAU wins biggly.

Toledo gets rewarded for winning the conference by playing an average opponent in Appalacian State in the Dollar Bowl. Toledo should win.

Ohio has the easiest MAC opponent in the Bahamas Bowl vs UAB. Ohio should win.

CMU takes on Wyoming in the Potato Bowl. That is a close contest. CMU sure looked unstoppable in their last half of football, and I think they are a little better than Wyoming, but Wyoming has somewhat of a homefield advantage playing in a MWC stadium. I think CMU wins a close one, because that is what they do.

Huskies play Duke in the Quick Lanes Bowl. On Paper it looks like the most even matchup of all of the MAC bowls, but given Carey's Huskies bowl history, and how Duke seems happier to be there and they seem more motivated to win that the Huskies*, I have a bad feeling the Huskies get embarrassed again.

*You would think that when an ACC team is stuck playing a MAC bowl opponent who could not even win their, it would be the ACC team who complains about being there. Then again, how many of the Huskies bowl opponents went on to prove that they deserved a better bowl opponent? FSU, USF, TCU, BSU, and Marshall come to mind.

This match up for Kiffin is a resume/program/fanbase builder. A Conference title and Bowl win in your first season as HC. About as calculated as you can get. Almost as good as PJ's tubing WMU's program to get the amazing turnaround.
Akron is going to get manhandles. I think the MAC goes 3-2 with Akron and NIU losing, but a winnable game for NIU.
This is a winnable game for NIU, but we need solid QB play and for Huff to be healthy and to go off, assuming all other positions play top notch as well.
Duke is happy to be there because they on their last two games to become bowl eligible, they didn't care who they were playing. Duke is a good team that laid waste to Northwestern but it venerable. Unfortunately we don't have any passing game whatsoever, so the defense will need to score twice to have any chance of winning this game seeing as Duke will stack the box to face the run. Huff, once again, won't be 100 percent, so if they neutralize him it's probably game over. We need a miracle performance from Childers is what it comes down to....

Also, the idea that the players aren't motivated is yet ANOTHER rumor that is board uses to spread hate about Carey. Go read Tears' twitter if you want to see about players motivation. Jesus you guys are insufferable. Peace.

Huff has almost 3.5 weeks to get healthy, do we think that is enough time? Childers should not be able to leave the indoor pratcie facility until he can throw a better deep ball.
Poor Akron, it's going to look like the beatdown Marshall and Boise State gave to us in a bowl game.

While I agree with most of your list the FSU game was a 7 pt game at end if the third quarter and it was a home game for them.
