I'm hoping he signs a few more from that team. "Hey, Ryan, introduce me to your friends"
They could still be deemed ineligible later on.

"How long they'll be able to play is unknown. Kyle instructed attorneys for both Shelby County Schools and the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association to come to a scheduling agreement for further hearings on whether East violated the state's prior coaching link rule."
That dude can leap! Wow!

I thought I read they could complete the season, which for Boyce is all he needs since he's a senior

The max prep guy said that but it doesn't say how he got there from the tweet below it. I guess its possible that the School system wont find an acceptable time for a hearing until after the season.

I think the newspaper also said until a future hearing with no indication of when.

A Shelby County Chancellor ruled Wednesday that Memphis East (Tenn.) transfers James Wiseman, the nation's second-rated overall junior, and senior UAB commit Ryan Boyce, are eligible for the remainder of this season.

The ruling allows the transfers to continue playing until a future hearing. The chancellor ruled the "coach link" rule between coach Penny Hardaway and the two players was "not clear in its application" by the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association. Wiseman and Boyce played AAU basketball for Team Penny last summer, though Hardaway doesn't coach the team.

BREAKING: Shelby County Chancellor rules two East High School basketball players will remain eligible to play until another future hearing. Chancellor said the "coach link" rule which TSSAA ruled the players ineligible initially is not clear in its application.
