Undefeated Central Florida!
Ohio State. They won their division, they won their conference.

UCF would be lucky to win eight games in either the big 10 or the SEC try again

Depends on the schedule...likely would have won 10 to 12 games with Wisconsin's schedule.
If you can honestly say that Alabama could have lost by 30 to Iowa, then Ohio State.

But since i can't, i say Alabama.
The Big Ten will get a slot in the playoffs.

Honestly...both. The system is a fraud
UCF or Bama. You can't have a blow out loss to Iowa.
Auburn and Fresno State losing today hurts Alabama's SOS
Alabama; they lost once. Ohio State blew their shot when they lost TWICE. The regular season should matter.

For the thousandth time the best team is irrelevant. It's all about maximizing tv advertising dollars and coverage.
Alabama lost by 12 to a 10-2 (now 10-3) team at their place
Wisconsin lost by 6 to a 11-2 team at a neutral site
Ohio State lost by 15 to a 11-1 (now 12-1) team at home AND lost by 31 to a 7-5 team st their place

If any B1G team gets in over Alabama, it should be Wisconsin. Just because Wisconsin’s loss came at the end shouldn’t automatically sentence them to a spot behind a two-loss team with a really bad loss.

^ This. Alabama may deserve it more, but the committee is likely to give it to Ohio State. This gives the Big Ten a representative and engages a broader range of the country.

Here are my guesses for the NY6 lineup:

#1 Clemson (12-1) - Rose
#2 Oklahoma (12-1) - Sugar
#3 Georgia (12-1) - Sugar
#4 Ohio State (11-2) - Rose
#5 Alabama (11-1) - Orange
#6 Wisconsin (12-1) - Cotton
#7 Auburn (10-3) - Peach
#8 USC (11-2) - Fiesta
#9 Penn State (10-2) - Fiesta
#10 Miami (10-2) - Orange
#11 Washington (10-2) - Peach
#12 UCF (12-0) - Cotton
Funny how the ESPN announcers clearly favor Alabama while the FOX talkers are all in for Ohio State.

Then advertise the CFP as a playoff designed to maximize viewership and increase advertising profits and drop this nonsense about trying to place the 4 best teams against each other.

This is why we need only 4 P conferences and a champs only playoff. It doesn't claim to be the 4 best, it claims to be a playoff of 4 conference champions which does engage the whole nation. By doing that we don't continue to perpetuate and sell a lie!

They are trying to have the best four teams this year in the playoff, not just the end of the season.

1. Clemson
2/3. Alabama
3/2. Oklahoma
4. Georgia

If playoff expanded
5. UCF
6. Ohio State

UCF is better than Ohio State because it is unbeaten. A two loss team can get into playoff if it is exceptional. Struggling with Wisconsin who beats nobody this year is a big sign of weakness for Ohio State.
