Is there a master list of the conference tie-ins for bowls, especially lower tier bowls?

Here's a nice listing:

Thanks Mark! Is Army listed because they've already accepted that bid? Or is that a Commander-in-Chief trophy slot?

Army already accepted the Armed Forces bid.
That's what I realized as soon as I asked! :D
Is this thread worth "pining"? I'm sure other posters wondered this too.
According to the bowl's Wikipedia page, they DO try to get a service academy in the game.
Happen to find a general Wikipedia page for bowl agreements.
Sorry to bump, but I have a matchup question:

If these 2 matchups happened, which bowls are more likely:

Wisconsin v. Washington
Wake v. Indiana

I know for both it's 2 possible bowls, 1 at least somewhat prestigious, 1 meh at best.

Its more about what conference they are in. Assuming they are not in the playoffs, then

Wisc-wash > Rose, Holiday or Foster Farms (all have PAC-Big Ten tie ins)

Wake-Indy > Orange, Pinstripe, or Detroit (all have ACC-Big Ten tie ins)
Thanks goofus! Forgot about the Orange tie-in.
