You're right, totally forgot TxSt beat CCU. I was thinking Idaho>Texas State and CCU managed to beat Idaho & almost upset Arkansas. I could easily see it your way too.
And I have no idea where to truly rank Georgia Southern. They could move up to #8 spot if they win out vs ULL and CCU
