Oh!

Kudos to Tur for sniffing out the BS. You don't need a handwriting expert to know that it isn't his. The Y's aren't even close. Neither are the R's -- he loops his R on the way down on the finish (creating a 2nd loop), which isn't present in the yearbook (1 loop).

The M's are also pretty different... That's not his signature and because she showed the signature you don't need to "provide" it. Looks like the Hillary delegate screwed up.

Unless, of course, his sig has changed a bit in 40 years, it happens.

LOL... yeah, but it was sooo bad the signature part didn't even match the message part -- supposedly written at the same time.

The spoliation letter in anticipation of litigation is fabulous. I hope he sues everyone involved. If otherwise protected communications get green-lighted, discovery of communications is going to be awesome fun to watch play out.
Well, none of us are actual handwriting experts, but to me, since signatures have a way of changing over time...mine certainly has since I was in my 20's and 30's...what I would call the most unusual parts of the signatures match pretty clearly.

The initial "hook" and the elongated far right loop on the R, and the second hump on the M which goes higher and off the right, are pretty much identical in all the signatures.

But Allred is not stupid. She's not going to claim he signed it because she personally doesn't know for certain as she was not there. It's completely understandable for her to wait for her client to do that...under oath...if possible.

Hopefully an actual accredited expert will get the chance to examine it.
typically, the person that gets ****** the hardest in any scenario that includes gloria allred is her client.

this will be no different.

It would be nice if that's what Allred had done before bringing it out or even be willing to do it before she has her senate circus show.

Gloria is always just about Gloria.

It's possible, I suppose, that this is some sort of gambit. I suspect however she is so eager for her moment in front of the camera that she did not vet everything properly.

This interview really hurt the perception of this incident being accurate.

Oh, she was pretty sure it was a fake. May have even suggested the fake signature. She's doing a CYA now in case she gets sued.
If its fake and she know its all BS or should have reason to believe if she did the due diligence required of all attorneys to verify the accuracy of alleged facts, she is more likely to get sued by her client who could be about to get sued into the pleistocene.

Yeah, but his "sevens" changed from 15 seconds and 3 lines prior... not over years.
