Both teams are 1-0. JMU is coming off a win over Division III Bridgewater college. Last year we defeated JMU 62-55 in Norfolk in the first game of the season. This is a completely different JMU team, with 11, yes 11, new players.

ODU holds the all-time series lead 49-26 over JMU. Let's get number 50.
Didn't know they had a new coach. Who is it?

Small point: Lou Roe is in his second season at JMU.

But they have Snowden !
Someone help me out here. What games, if any, does the athletic dept offer travel to road games. I would love to attend a couple road games this year, but don't want to always drive and then turn right around to make the drive back.

Yep. Chuck Norris tells Ramone Snowden jokes.
I'm headed up there and will watch the game with an old friend. Excited to get another win in Harrisonburg!

Snowden AND Gerron Scissum. There's something delicious about future public Ivy JMU being a fallback school for ODU and VCU players. 05-stirthepot

for basketball, they almost never sponsor trips.

Typically just the big trips like the Battle for Atlantis and the Europe preseason trip.
We need to beware of Andre Semenov. He'll burn you if you leave him open.

I can't tell if this is a joke because he had a 6th year and seemingly played forever, but he graduated in 2014.
I'm sure it was a joke.
I'm so bummed that I have to be out of town for work on Monday and won't be back in time to be able to make it to Harrisonburg by 7. We don't get many road games that are easy to travel to, I hate not being able to take advantage of this one.

Technically not a "sponsored" thing, but I did get the message from Toyota. They are giving away the following:

Airfare for 2 with the team to Miami
Tickets for 2 to the Florida International game
Bus travel for 2 with the team to Boca Raton
Tickets for 2 to the Florida Atlantic game
Airfare for 2 back to Norfolk
Hotel accommodations for 2 for 3 nights at team hotel
