Killed off Charter TV. Prime pays for itself in shipping discounts. Netflix I already had. OTA is of course free.

It was amusing cancelling the service with Charter.

Wish I remembered to complain about Goal Line only being offered in SD. There should be a special place in media hell for cable companies deliberately only providing content in SD if it doesn't have commercials for them to spam their own products (admittedly my own cynical conjecture).

Anyway ... pretty pleased with YouTube TV so far. It's actually capturing the WatchESPN feeds on DVR. You even get the WatchESPN "commercial break" bumpers. I've watched all the #MACtion games this week with it. No complaints.
I'm getting flashbacks to 2008 and greentexts

I always liked the Hugo the Hornet one personally

Anyway, back on topic... I've been debating pulling the plug but the missus would castrate me for losing her precious channels and all sports packages are convenient...

The people behind Charter launched Suddenlink who they sold it to Altice.
Cut cord. Installed Kodi on raspberry pi3. Every problem solved.

Great job. Great story. That's how it works.
Regional sports networks are my thing that keeps me from doing it. I cannot get MLB Tigers in Fort Wayne with MLB TV (blackout)

Is Fort Wayne a RSN feed for Chicago?

I have YouTube TV in Tampa Bay and receive both Rays and Marlins games

Smug sense of superiority.......confirmed.
I have YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and OTA and I like it so far. Total is about $55. I have Spectrum for internet and they've been offering Sling like packages for $19.99 a month.

There's something terribly appropriate about the last name of your FB HC being a homonym for Edsel.
