There are several scenarios for West Champ, but curious if you win out, who do you fans prefer in AAC Champ Game? Memphis, SMU, Houston?
Probably Memphis because the game gets more attention nationally between 2 ranked teams

I'd probably prefer SMU the least. Honestly, I think a rematch with a ranked Memphis would be fun. However, it's tough to beat the same team twice in the same year. Hopefully UCF wins out and gets to play the West champ at home. Home field advantage should be huge.
I would prefer Memphis. Another win over them as a ranked team helps UCF.
As long as we win out, I don't care who we meet. Memphis should be ranked, but we are not getting a shot at playoff so it does not matter.
Smu winning out, should be a worst case scenario for the AAC.

There are several scenarios for the East Champ as well, after the way UCF played last night, there is no guarantee they beat usf and win the East Division. I'm not counting any chickens before they hatch.
Yes, please keep assuming that UCF has the East locked up.

This is the correct approach in the American! SMU made numerous mistakes in the red zone last night, leaving many points unscored. This was the first UCF game this year where they looked vulnerable. While there next 2 games the Knights should be heavy favorites (UConn, Temple) both could play spoiler, or be considered trap games, leading up to the USF game, which should be a great game.
Currently it would be Memphis because of their ranking.
Right now that's easy. Memphis
I prefer Memphis, because I get to bump the "Last time UCF lost to Memphis" thread. Other than that, really no preference.
Assuming Memphis wins out and USF continues to win, ucf would get 2 top 25 wins to end the season. A lot of assumptions I know. There would at least be some noise about ucf deserving a spot in the playoff.
Contrary to popular belief, UCF does have to play USF on BlackFriday.

For all we know, Frost may be the Gators' coach by then...

That's some funny stuff right there! Lol. 01-ncaabbs
Aside from drinking too much beer and sleeping in, one benefit of not being a scholarship athlete or coach is that fans don't have to take it one game at a time.

So yes, let's keep assuming UCF is a championship game lock. If we lose before then, that's what the too much beer is for

Frost is not a scumbag.

The West teams are more of threat than USF. Team matched up well with the Cows and the game is in Orlando

I think I'll go with Memphis bc SMU's D Coordinator called a hell of a game, Memphis's D is more inconsistant
