91 UTSA
97 Louisiana Tech
105 Southern Miss
113 North Texas
137 UAB
170 Rice
188 UTEP
No complaints here. Still a ton of flaws with this team. Good teams don’t lose to Charlotte either.
We lost to ball state and charlotte. Both teams are winless against D1 opponents not named UAB.
Yep. Smart scheduling has a lot to do with our record so far.
We could easily have two more losses if we played a second money game. The good old days of setting ourselves up for failure.

We have a team and we're winning. The ratings don't matter and we'll be fine at the end of the season if we take care of business.
We,lost to two of the worst teams in this country

Did UAB defeat other "worst teams in the country"? Sometimes things don't even out just like we would prefer. Let's wait to see how our whole season looks in the rear view mirror.
I was literally unaware Sagarin ratings still existed.
all i want for Christmas is a bowl invite...

oh yeah...and a victory.

Screw the ratings. Not like we are after an at large. They wont stop us from bowling and they are meaningless to us.

My question is did we lose to worst teams in another country???
Well, we haven't played them yet, but UTEP is basically Mexico.
My preseason predictions are completely opposite of our current W-L (exception is AAMU):

AAMU- W
Ball St- W
CoCar- Toss-up
UNT- W
LT- L
MTSU- L
USM- L
Rice- W
UTSA- L
UF- L
UTEP- W

So you're saying we are going to lose this Saturday.

"I predict it could go either way".

"I predict it could go either way".

Also, not a prediction. There are only two possible outcomes to a college football game- you can win, or you can lose. To say "it could go either way" is just a recitation of that obvious fact. In other words, you are basically saying "I am unwilling to make a prediction," which is clearly not a prediction.
You know, these ratings can't touch me. They don't hurt my feelings at all.

Look at the conference standings. That will make you feel better, and those are "ratings" that matter.

Let's beat Rice!!!
