Kim doesn't care. Trump now has a pretty easy way to step back and say "I told you so". HE can continue to admonish NK for the testing and failures of UN sanctions and simultaneously demand that the UN, Russia, and China bear responsibility for the potential environmental disaster and threat to civilians in multiple countries.

I just wonder if any of their top notch nuclear scientists lost their lives as well. That would put a crimp in their program.
