This guy seems to think it's a possibility.

Porter just hurt his knee this week right?

That is pretty impressive.

He nailed MT too. This guy might be worth a follow.

And just imagine how much more thorough the Vegas research is.

He's an excellent Twitter follow for mid-major hoops (@jorcubsdan). Really knows his stuff.
My immediate impression was a) who is this roody poo, b) what in the blue hell is the Sports Action Network and c) has the man heard of paragraph breaks? But he definitely brought it in research and thoroughness, though I think two bids requires a lot of moving parts moving at the right time. I'd be satisfied with two NIT bids.
This guy knows mid major college basketball. I have conversed with him for years. He literally watches the crappy conferences on crappy streams and listens to the radio feeds, etc. He knows teams inside and out. Very knowledgable.
The out take on WKU is actually pretty good. You would have to have a program to keep with all the players new to WKU and the ones that will not or have not made it to campus. With the shuffled roster the ones still not eligible.

I, along with USM fans, sure as hell hope you're right after reading the last 2 sentences on USM in this guy's write up.

The Golden Eagles are a CUSA program on the rise with a good veteran coach at the helm. The post-Tyndall punching bag years are officially over in Hattiesburg.
For this conference to get 2 bids we have to win games outside of conference play, LA tech has two games on the schedule that we need to win alabama and Texas. Ready for basketball to kick off! 10 days!

Very good write up. He’s got Rice at 10, right in the band where I think we’ll be (#7-#10). We still have a solid group of guys and I believe Pera will do well with them. It will be a building experience year though.
Jordan knows his stuff for sure.

In my opinion the path to two bids this season is Middle getting an at large (they have the schedule) and another team winning the tourney. UAB has the schedule to rack up some wins but no resume building teams to defeat in the non-conference. We could literally lose 1 or 2 games all season and still not make the tourney if we don't win our conference tourney.
