I can't believe they are paying him more than double what we are paying Anderson.
Neal brown Buy out $2,894,167

We could get a nice check soon
Pretty good example of "you get what you pay for" outside of a couple exceptions.
One thing is for sure. If Neal Brown leaves, Troy can:

a. Certainly afford another good coach
b. Start rolling in the dough

That's school cost to fire him. The cost for him to get out of the contract may be different. Anderson has to pay $2 million to get out but AState can fire for much less.

They arn't.
I like the Shawn Elliott hire. What a bargain find.
Withers has racked up 3 wins in one and one-half seasons.
Just working off his Base Salary, that's about $338,000 per win.

Personally, I think we're getting hosed . . .
I think Viator will end up being a steal.

Guess how much Tyson Summers is about to make off us.....
Well, when Jones' contract isn't renewed (hopefully) I'm hoping he gets a solid handshake and a certificate of participation.

Most fans were fine with what we resigned him for a few years ago. Showed good commitment from the administration, etc, etc. And at the time he was winning (4 straight 9-4 seasons, bowl games). Problem now is that the darn buyout is so expensive.......declining each year of the contract. Otherwise I really believe he would have been gone already. Still might be after this season. Past time for new direction.............................07-coffee3

What happened to Hudspeth? His first four seasons, he went 36-16 and 4-0 in bowls. He was on top of the world and being considered for P5 jobs.

Now everything he's built has completely fallen apart.
