We were down 46-39 with 2:31 to go in the 3rd but now are up 52-48 with 4:33 to go in the 4th
59-55 with 1:54 to go. We are 13-30 from the FT line otherwise the game is over.
ECU missed a shot with 2 seconds left, we got the rebound, and called time out with 1 second remaining. Game tied at 59.

And now ECU misses 2 FTs with 2 seconds to go (they are 9-16 from the line) and the game tied to likely allow the game to go to OT unless something weird happens in the final second.
Rendle has a triple-double on points, rebounds, and blocks. She has been a rockstar
Overtime.

Our 6'4 senior center, Abby Rendle, has 23 points and 16 rebounds.

Up 4. 16 sec left. Free throw shooting is carrying us in OT
Atrocious FT shooting by both teams.
Amazingly, we hit free throws to win by 6

Game over. Nice win, ladies.
We finished up 23-42 from the line which is bad until you consider that we hit 10 of 12 in OT to win. They finished 10-20 from the line - making only 1 of their last 6 going back to 2 seconds left in the 4th.

Just what I said in the thread about men's b'ball: it's simple: make free throws; win games (miss free throws; lose games)!
Make them when it counts...

They all count. Make your early ones and there is less pressure to make the later ones. (But, yes, at least they did make them at crunch time).
Rendle had a triple double the hard way. 10 blocks
Beat the hell out of Loyola 70-49
