Frank Scelfo going to be OC for Ole Miss? That must have come from an Ole Miss board. I wouldn't count on it.

He'll be too busy leading the Wave offense to a CUSA championship in 2005. :D
this info is from a radio station, in br, ott is a good friend, he also said that it is 95% that saban is gone.
I think it highly unlikely that Frank would make a lateral move at this time. Doing so would cost him tens of thousands of dollars in tuition for his son. His longivity at Tulane has earned his children a free ride. If he leaves Tulane he would incur tuition fees. Of course his son might be able to get some assistance in the form of a baseball scholarship, but that is minimal.
As per this morning's T-P, Frank Scelfo has confirmed he has talked to Ole Miss about the co-ordinators position. It went on to say that no offers have been made.

I doubt Frank is leaving, but it doesn't surprise me that he talked to Ole Miss given his long friendship with Orgeron. It should be noted that he's been friends with his brother for a long time too.
Well I hope there's nothing to it. As much grief as Frank gets from some of the fans, the man can run an offense (not to mention develop quarterback talent).

He's a good guy, too. I used to go to the same Church as he does until I switched. He always has time to talk to a fan about TU football (doesn't usually say too much, though :D ).
In spite of the fact that some Tulane "fans" insist on attacking Frank with challenges to his coaching ability, Frank is well recognized within the coaching community as an outstanding coach. He will continue to be sought after by many schools until he becomes settled as a head coach somewhere. When he leaves Tulane it will be a tremendous blow to the program.

Frank Wilson's hiring at Ole Miss will have little to no effect on Tulane.
Wilson won't affect TU at all, but it might take a slice out of LSU's local signees since they'll recruit the same kids.
