Saw this on reddit. Pretty dedicated collector here. How many of these did you vote for? 4 for me (Mondale in 1984, Gore in 2000, Kerry in 2004 and Clinton in 2016).

I voted for none of those. If I were eligible to vote for all of them, I would have enthusiastically pulled the lever for Goldwater. And sent him money. And volunteered in the campaign. Everybody else I see there? Wellllll......

Same here.
Did you vote for Clinton or Perot in 1992 and 1996 (GTS - I don't know if you were old enough to vote back then)?
He voted for all losers

I voted for Perot in 96. My 1st presidential vote. I hated Clinton, but was comfortable enough in his competence and Dole's incompetence to throw one to a 3rd party. I also would have sat 2008 out if Palin wasn't on the ticket. Probably should have sat it out anyway. McCain is a bigger loser than Bobdole.

Same here. Barry was the only candidate that my father ever gave a crap about. He volunteered and went door to door for him. Even at 86 he still says he was the best candidate he ever saw in his entire life. If we had listened to him in the beginning about 60K American lives would not have been lost in VN. 07-coffee3

A friend of my father's used to say, "They told me that if I voted for Goldwater, we'd have racial strife and war in Asia. I didn't believe them. But they were right. I voted for Goldwater and we had racial strife and war in Asia."

They didn't vote for Bush or Trump either so no. 8 years of Obama was due to working class whites staying home.

from the stickers on there, 3-
Dole '96
McCain '08
Romney '12

I missed being able to vote for Bush Sr in 1992 by a month. My election history- Dole, W, W, McCain, Romney, Trump and have never voted for a Democrat in any election for anything unless you count Haslam, McCain, Corker, and Lamar Alexander as the RINOs they are.

My Father likes to tell the story of how all his friends told him they voted for Goldwater. He knows a bunch had to be lying to him because Goldwater didn't get that many votes in the entire state!

Its a lesson on how we live in bubbles. I only personally know a couple of people who liked voting for Trump and I don't know if both voted for him in the primary or adopted him later.

SNL was never funny, even when they had Chevy Chase and John Belushi. I think you just had to be stoned to watch it.

I voted for Ford and Bush and worked in both their campaigns (although I worked in 88 Bush, not 92). Still have my Texans for Ford button. Also voted for Dole, McCain and Romney.
I'm a youngin' Bush, Bush, McCain, Johnson, none of the above.
There are some stupendously bad candidates on the back of that car.
Since I've been legally able to vote...
