There wouldn't be any criminals.
This is my poke at all of the liberals now looking to add MORE gun laws to the books.
BTW, when Barry and Hillary had a veto proof congress, why didn't they make those quick fix gun laws then, if it was so easy to correct.
Oh yeah, one thing you can't legislate is to make criminals obey the law, so gun laws are pretty much pointless.
Sigh.
There's that Constitution thingy with which democrats have to wangle.
They are consistent; if we don't like it, we'll ban it, and if we do like it, we'll make it mandatory.
