Back on the road again vs. the SEC's Kentucky Wildcats. They are one point (vs. Florida) of being 4 - 0 and 2 - 0 in the SEC.

This one will be tough. Tougher than many thought during the Summer.
Here is the presser. CC took full responsibility for the decisions at the end of the first half. Acknowledged that there were a handful of bad decisions or lack of a decision that cost us the game.

Game Notes are out.

BTW, our games with TOL and Army will both be on CBS Sports Network. Both games will be noon games.
Emu is getting $1.2 million for this game. It would be nice to take a win along with it.

I believe I read somewhere that the 2019 and 2020 games are a break even home and home series.
Dear WoodenNickle,
You are correct. The last two games are what you said.
We are a 2 TD underdog. The game will be on DirecTV.
Isn't the game on SEC Network nationally?
Not gonna lie, if I could ONLY get 1 win out of the Ohio, UK games, I'd pick the Kentucky game. Obviously would want BOTH but a solid showing, even if we come up short would be a real boost to the program. The guys will be jacked to play an SEC team that they have a fighting chance against.

I believe so. It is being picked up by DirecTV as their 4:00 p.m. SEC game.

The question for fans all over is do they get the game on their cable, satellite, etc. system?

Something which might be available on DirecTV might not be available on DISH or some cable system.
I'm not making my prediction on the score just yet, but I will consider this a win if our run game musters 100 yds.

Not a word about the offensive struggles, the OLine, or the 27 carries for 45 yards.

Would be nice to know his thoughts, plans for change, if any?
I give CC some credit, he rarely throws the team or an individual player under the bus or blames them. Believe me that's an improvement over English.

Just like he did with the DC, he will need to evaluate Keen during this season and decide Keen is the answer at OC or he needs to hire another one. Ditto the OL coach although I would like to see what recruits he is able to bring to the table.

Indeed. I like that CC doesn't throw players or coaches under the bus.
Not all that interested in anyone taking 'responsibility' for anything, that should be a given. On the one hand I get what you guys are saying, on the other hand Creighton is also just providing cover for Brogan and enabling his poor decision making. He said exactly what he should have said, and then should have added......."and Brogan is a 5th year Senior captain who understands he should have never forced that ball in that situation."

Much more interested in action, change, and solutions.
Ken,

At the coaches luncheon tomorrow could you ask CC in your most diplomatic fashion about our lack of Running game and ineffectiveness of the O-Line.

Yes please and thank you Ken.

Dear Luckeyone and Eagle King,
Unfortunately, the coaches luncheon is only held before a home game. I know what everyone is thinking. How in the hell do we remember something to ask anyone after three weeks of games have been played? Would it even be relevant by then? This is what is bad about our present schedule. You shouldn't be in a situation where your team is away from home for three straight weeks.
You better believe that was the question that came to me, to ask Coach Creighton.

Thx Ken !
Anyone on here going this weekend? I'll be heading down early Saturday morning. Any idea where to park/tailgate?

Yes, I'm going down with two friends and meeting up at a corporate tailgate. I hope we play well to be within 10points going into the fourth quarter.
