Kyle Bolin was presumed to have received an offer from NIU this summer. He went to Rutgers instead and lost 27-17 @ Nebraska today.

15/29 126yds 0 Tds 2 Int

Last week Santa and NIU beat Nebraska 21-17.
15/22 128 yards 0 Tds 0 Ints

Would you have liked Bolin to have signed at NIU?

Are you on the Santa bandwagon now? LOL
Tell us more about how Graham won the camp battle. Imagine how much better NIU will be when Graham comes back.
Maybe stir the pot...with the conservative playcalling that NIU runs for their QB, Bolin probably wouldn't have had 2 picks if playing here?

I'm pleased with his deep ball accuracy especially since teams are stacking the box. His short game needs work still. I don't think 128 yards passing will get a W against the better teams on our schedule.

SDSU will be another big test. I hope he continues to grow.

Graham did win the camp battle. He just didn't produce against BC which is too bad for all us fans.

I don't think I said I preferred 1 QB over the other. I think you inferred that.

Bolin is garbage, just another overrated 'P5' transfer, just like Morris at CMU.

Very rarely do those guys help a program. More often than not just steal reps from younger guys on the roster that need development.

Count yourself lucky he went to Rutgers.

Obviously you don't know what you're talking about if you still don't prefer Santa over Graham. 03-lmfao
Also the only person who thought Graham won the camp battle was Carey. Randy said the players preferred Santa, and Randy has shown he provides reliable information.

Graham did win the camp battle, that's why he started against BC lol
Yup. He should play when he's healthy! Shows how flawed Carey's evaluation of QB is... He has yet to pick the right QB coming out of camp: Mc Intosh and now Graham . SMH...

I don't think Carey would concur. He has indicated that two Qb's separated themselves from the others during camp; and the decision to go with Graham vs Santa was based more on matchups; he felt the more experienced Graham was the safer bet. Ball control, defense and special teams were all that was necessary to win; he was almost right.

Can you show me these comments? I’ve never seen seen/heard anything close to this, but that doesn’t mean I just didn’t miss them.

I think this gives a clear appraisal of Carey's mindset.
