Yeah I'm going to try and see them again on the 24th. Saw them when they were here last time....what a GREAT show!!

A few years back when they were here, a friend of mine was in a small dive-bar downtown and Dave was there having a drink. They talked for awhile like best buds. My friend said Dave was so cool about everything and didn't act like anything like a Simon LeBon (who happens to be a real shmuck)

Maybe so, but the Austin City Limits gig that's been airing on cable absolutely sucks. Grohl can't even carry a tune or scream on key.

I went to their last show here when he had the broken leg, so I'm looking forward to actually seeing Dave Grohl be able to walk & jump around on stage this time.

I'm flyin in lol.

I can scream on key and it hasn't gotten me anywhere in the music world.

You gotta be able to scream off key to make it these days.

Yep; it sucks, but hopefully the family emergency works out for the best, whatever it is.
