Always wishing Coach Kill the best and hope he improves. One had to wonder if he should retire completely, as he did not have seizures while out of coaching.

Coach Kill did a superb job of coaching at NIU.
I wish him the best in his recovery from his refractory epilepsy.
Wish he would try the PKD Paleo Ketogenic Diet.
This has been around since 1920, and is often used for children with refractory epilepsy.
The theory behind this incredible eating lifestyle is that the body switches from glucose to fat useage, and the brain utilizes mostly ketones. Very effective in limiting seizure episodes.

Good article...Jerry Kill is a good guy..nobody like him. What's interesting is I can't remember of any seizures made public while he was at NIU, is this correct?

He had one before the Illinois game in 2010. They said he was dehydrated from the game before though, and his daughter followed him around on the sideline all game long with a bottle of water and towel. That's a game we should have won as well

Yeah, I was at that game...we should have pulled it out. The 2011 team would have for sure at least.
