We win 45- 35, TU absolutely cannot stop our running game.

The sell out crowd is impressive... UM at noon... Bucs at 4... UT at 7... All the greats are back... weather is perfect

Mel Long and Chuck Ealey receives huge standing O
A 10-win Tulsa team took a Tom Herman-led Houston down to the wire last season (31-38). This is going to be a competitive game. Can't wait to see all the legends back. Hoping your sell out prediction comes true!
We win 52 - 24. UT absolutely cannot stop our running game.

Good one, TU! We score only 24. Thanks, I needed a laugh.
Hard to say who wins, it should be very competitive but my heart and my head says Toledo by a score. Ridiculous to say that we get blown out. I agree to a point with the AAC crowd that it is the best of the G5 but to think a middle of the road AAC team is going to blow us out is just ignorant. Toledo 42 - Tulsa 35.
Last team with the ball wins: Toledo 48, Tulsa 47
Toledo 42
Tulsa 24

.......and it's not even that close.
SB Nation predicts Tulsa - Toledo using NCAA football video game from 2014.

Tulsa has a killer run game .. If we look like last seasons D? We get beat 55 to 42. If we force President to turn it over and score in the redzone? 52 to 31.

I concur. Tight game throughout with neither team getting more than a 7 point lead at any time. Last team on offense will win. This has the makings of a certain UT/NIU game. Hopefully we manage the clock better this time.
First team to 60 wins. Take the over.
All the stars are aligned for a good home turnout and it not yet November (or late October) so the Rockets SHOULD win but they will need to get mostly redzone TDs (or scoring plays coming from beyond the red zone), not FGs. I expect Tulsa to run a lot so barring 300+ yards rushing by them, I don't see the big shootout some are expecting. Therefore I will go with Toledo 38, Tulsa 31

I have to go with you guys, including the scoring range. Very close. Last team with the ball wins.

Tulsa's D sucks. Our coach has not taken defense as seriously as his resume.

I'm going with like 23,450 for announced attendance.

And if you sit downwind from 'TU 1978' you will get high for free.
I'm wrong more than I'm right, so here it goes...

Tulsa 173
Toledo 12

GOOOO RRRRRROCKETS!
Take Tulsa and the points (9.5) and the over. Tulsa has over 350 rushing yards and we have over 500 passing yards. I concur that the team with the ball last wins. Hopefully Toledo by 7.
Shootout, Tulsa wins outright, Toledo has no answer for Tulsa rushing game. Whoever wins turnover battle probably wins game.
Vegas line opened at Toledo -10.5. It's now down to Toledo -8. Money is flowing Tulsa way. Still hoping for a Toledo win.
Tulsa put up video-game-like numbers against ULL, but the week prior ULL also gave up 500+ yards and 48 points to SE Louisiana. So, not sure yet how much of those numbers were due to Tulsa's high powered run offense and how much to ULL's defense, or lack thereof.

I think the Rockets' offense starts to really gel this week, and should be able to outscore whatever Tulsa can put up.
CMU>OSU; OSU>Tulsa; UT>CMU Therefore UT>Tulsa
