Thread for general game thoughts.....

have only 2 ranked vs ranked teams I think. Tennessee/Florida and Clemson/Louisville. Also Texas/USC in what should be a good one...

I think in a way, ABC gets lucky with the reschedule- as I think Clemson/Louisville is a much better game than Miami/FSU would have been.

This is a huge game for Louisville I think- kind of game that a win on national prime time tv could be an absolute program changer- taking the program to a completely different pedestal.

Absolutely agree Stever, Louisville has arguably the best player in the country, while Clemson has a brand new QB and FSU's QB is lost for the season.

If the Cards can pull off this win they will be favored in every game the rest of the season and should be able to walk right into the playoff if undefeated. But in order to start down that path they have to win Saturday night. It should be a great game.

We thought it was a program changer last year when we beat #2 FSU. Unfortunately the team collapsed at the end of the year. If we do beat Clemson we need to maintain that same intensity EVERY week

yeah I get that but prime time/national TV vs the defending National Champs? totally different animal.
It's OK. Best team in the country beats the most overrated player in the country decidedly.

That was definitely a beating tonight. Clemson looks like the real deal again this season.
