Glad to see the game is on. Curious, has USF even been able to practice this week? Also, what is the situation in Tampa? Is power back on in most of Tampa? I know NCSU and GT played after I believe Fran and people raised holy cane because the Stadium had all the ICE sent to concessions and many in RDU area where without power and it was hot as hades that weekend. The press had a field day. Hope all that will be able to be avoided for USF and Tampa Bay. 04-cheers

As of 12 noon today, 50% of Hillsboro County (Tampa) homes and 75% of Pinellas County homes are without power.

The Bulls say they will be able to get in 3 days practice for the Illinois game.

Correct, USF started practicing on Tuesday and got 3 days of practice in.

USF @ UConn 11/4
ECU @ UConn 9/24(Sunday)
ECU @ Houston 11/4
Cincy @ USF 10/14
Houston @ USF 10/28

USF/UMass game from 10/14 will now be played in 2022 or 2023. In it's place for UMass will be a game with FIU on 12/2, unless FIU somehow makes the CUSA title game.

Memphis/UCF game still left to get rescheduled.

Good to see the conference work these games out.

Damn, lots of shells moved to make sure USF and UConn play, very nice of the AAC, shows some respect. 07-coffee3
Memphis/UCF game moved to 9/30.

Memphis/Georgia St game on 9/30 cancelled.

I assume that means that UCF's game with Maine won't be played either. Is there any chance that Georgia State could play Arkansas State OOC on 9/30? They both have an open date now.
Talk about snake bitten. Now USF's home game with Illinois is in a weather delay due to lightning.

Not unless AState vs Georgia Southern is moved back from Wednesday or AState and Georgia State play on Thursday.

Week 6 Ga Tech @ Indiana
...

Mark this down: NO P5 TEAM will schedule Ga Tech on short notice. NONE - even if it's a home game for the other team. GT is a pain in the neck to prepare for.

If GT makes up that game, it will have to be against a G5 or FCS team.

Georgia State should play Maine. Then they could become the first FBS team I know of to lose to two FCS programs in a year.

Maybe they'll be the first FBS team to lose to 2 FCS programs in a sold out venue.
