If USM 30 for 30s were a thing, what would be at top of your wish list for a documentary?

In no order: The recruitment of DeAndre Brown, the 2012-2013 football seasons, decision to hire Ellis, decision to go to Hawaii, 2009 Omaha run

The quick rise and horribly fast fall of USM Softball. ( Thanks to that stinkin "G". )
The early '80s football rise & subsequent probation would be the big one.

DeAndre Brown's signing would be a good topic, but I'd have that be the conclusion of the episode on Bower's "resignation."

The story behind the Hawaii decision is no big secret, but everything between Fedora giving his notice and Monken giving his would make for a whale of an episode.

The phenomenon that was Spoon could easily be an episode.
The turnaround from 2011 to 2012 and all that goes with that would make for a great 6 hour doc

I can't watch that overproduced crap anymore....

however, living throught the '80s, our 'fab five', AND Spoon......wouldn't trade that for anything.....losing the sub 30 degree tangerine bowl (our first real one before global warming) really sucked and embodied the roller coaster of being a southern miss fan for life....

hell, I was hooked when we made the mormons look like sheep in JXN in '75.....first game I ever went to......just beat the crap out of 'em the whole game......

#goodtimes .....makes me smile

if it was simply imprinted on toilet paper???

yeah, I'd pay double for that ply.....
2012-2015 baseball would be a good one.

30 for 30 and SC Featured are about the only tolerable things ESPN does anymore. It's all about promoting personalities (both their own and individual athetes') otherwise.
Gonna just have to second everything Harb said...in both posts

I'll agree with "was".....

however, commercialization has me completely tuned out at this point unless the eagles or cards are on.....can't remember the last time I even looked at their scheduled line up.....

it's much more fun to play internutz......

I'd add a couple of basketball ones in there:

Larry Eustachy (his fall and resurrection thanks to C-USA/USM)
The NIT championship season (and the failure to capitalize on it)

Football:
The "Giant Killer" era (including the win at Alabumble)
Reggie Collier

across the board:
The Metro Conference and why it imploded and how we got hosed ever since.

Or, if you're into comedy, it could be a sitcom that runs for years.
Haven't seen it mentioned but the shenanigans of Tyndall from the aspect he seemed to getting us "there" then he leaves and the dirty laundry is aired and basketball is now having it's own E12L effects.
I cant wait for the one about Hugh freeze and the om scandal. A Rebel with a show cause.
