Jefferson County Savings Bank building under construction on the corner of Second Avenue, North, and Twenty-first Street, North. Through the years the building was also known as the Age-Herald Building, the Comer Building and the City Federal Savings and Loan Building. Further up Twenty-first Street, the Ridgley Apartments are also under construction.








2013

The Ridgley Apartments were converted into the present day Tutwiler. The original Tutwiler Hotel was on 20th Street.
