Man this really sucks. He is missed by all Bearcat fans.
I can't believe that. Met Chuck in Birmingham at the hotel the night before the Birmingham Bowl. Was lucky enough to hang around him several times after that and talk UC sports among other things when Chuck moved back to Cincinnati to get his degree (after serving in the Navy) and then other times when he'd come down from Columbus. Chuck recently married as well. Feel terrible for his wife and son. This one hits hard. RIP Chuck.
I never met Chuck but knew of him for years way back in the old Rivals/Bearcat Lair days.
This is the worst of news.

We've lost too many heavy hitters too soon. I agree, a meet up to mourn and celebrate is in order.
RIP Chuck, a great man and a true Bearcat.
