If you are referencing inequality in terms of financial inequality…
entrepreneurship is not required to enter the middle class...
but personal responsibility is…
…and entrepreneurship won't work without personal responsibility.

The road to the middle class is the same for blacks as for any others...

finish high school and get training beyond high school, get married, stay married, have kids after marriage, show up on time, work hard until the end of the work day, save your money, stay out of debt.
In TN, you have no reason not to be successful. All you have to do is graduate high school, and you qualify for 2 year college for free. (The lottery has been quite successful in funding this)

Therefore, no excuse. You can get a two year degree, and right now walk out of the classroom and into a $50K job.

Unfortunately for those that do, you'll be funding the freeloaders of Obamacare, you'll lose access to affordable healthcare yourself, you're going to pay your fair share while others who sit on their ass dont, and you lose access to other welfare credits like snap.

So welcome to the middle class. You busted your ass to make it and better yourself. Now you'll be busting your ass for years to come to keep the freeloaders sitting on their couches and shoving cake into their pie hole. For those who say I'm doing it anyway, congrats, and welcome to the Trump train.

Going back to the 1800's there were always pockets of wealth in black communities in NYC, Philly, DC, Cleveland, Chicago etc. In most other cities all of the black hoods has black professionals and business owners, prior to the civil rights era. Desegregation crippled those hoods as a large % of blacks wanted to go the white mall or chase after Becky. Desegregation blew up black entrepreneurship.

Nigerians are slaying in the USA, strong family structure, study hard, get good grades,
value education hard work, sports, etc.
I'll let you guys handle this.
Efforts at equality have never actually been about equality. Every oppressed class wants superiority as the end result.
