I know this isn't as interesting as honey boo boo or Duck Dynasty but it's incredibly disturbing to think the leverage Russia has over our head of state. It's pathetic.

Exactly what leverage does Russia have over our head of state? How do we know this?
What if I told you... Trump is not using Twitter to distract you from 'his agenda'. Putin is using Trump to distract you from his.

Owl. Why would the guy say that? It's tradecraft. It's leverage. You think Sessions is the only guy with audio on known lies?

This is just getting crazier and crazier.
Owl first you try to convince people that lying on a SF 86 isn't career threatening or a felony. Then you ask why a Russian saying that Trump and Putin met numerous times isn't a threat to his presidency? You can not be serious with comments and questions like these.
Your ability to reason is so shallow, I cringe when I think about the fact that you went to my sister's alma mater.

If the Russians had Trump in their pocket why would they go on American TV and say things that would seem to indicate they do? Wouldn't that jeopardize them having their puppet in control? It's called counter intelligence, feeding a false narrative. It's Tokyo Rose telling US troops that their government had abandoned them and they should give up.
In an exclusive interview with NBC’s Keir Simmons, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says there may have been even more meetings between President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin at the G20 summit earlier this month.

May have been??? Anyone past a third grade reasoning ability knows that this is a veiled threat. You play ball we play ball. No other reason to discuss this unless it's a shot across Trumps bow. The man is compromised. No ifs ands or buts. The GOP congress needs to do its job.

Intentionally lying is a felony. But there's that intent element.

How many times did FDR and Stalin meet at Yalta? That's what heads of state do. Particularly when they are in the same place for meetings.
Stalin wasnt accused of interfering in the US elections to get FDR elected.
So you honestly think that he omitted over 100 times meetings with Russians by mistake? You honestly believe that this is a 4 out of 100? That's insane.
This is why we are hearing the pardon talk. Kushner would be going to jail in an honest above board scenario.
He also didn't disclose over a billion in Cyprus bank loans. There should be a warrant out for his arrest. Any other person would be in jail.
When will the GOP congress start acting like a co equal branch of govt? Trump is making this country out to be a Bannana republic. Elect a reality tv star President get a reality tv star administration. Total shyt show.

No, Stalin just bent FDR's ear and got to enslave Eastern Europe.

Salon:
In a Bloomberg poll released last week, it was revealed that Hillary Clinton is even more unpopular today than the historically unpopular President Trump. According to Bloomberg, many Clinton voters said they “wished Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont had won the Democratic nomination, or that they never liked Clinton and only voted for her because she was the lesser of two bad choices.” The survey had another interesting find: of the many issues facing America, 35 percent of people consider health care to be the most important, followed by issues like immigration, terrorism, and climate change. Only 6 percent of respondents said that the United States’ “relationship with Russia” is the most important issue facing the country.
These findings indicate two things: First, that most Americans care much less about the Russia scandal than the political establishment does; and second, that Clinton’s brand of neoliberalism is politically toxic. In that light, the Democratic establishment’s current strategy of embracing the center and aligning with neoconservatives to “secure democracy” against Russia is reckless and extremely shortsighted. The Republican Party “left its senses” long before Trump came around, and in uniting with Republican chicken-hawks, leading Democrats seem to be leaving their senses too.
