I saw that Cincinnati got the AAC's first ever At-Large bid last year. Hoping to add some additional Fall excitement in our new conference.

Shockers have been to the NCAA Tournament 9 of the last 10 years, with 6 At-Large berths. They have won 6 First Round contest, and advanced to the Sweet Sixteen in 2012.

How is your VB program?

Yep.... terrible.

Smarter and more talented than you.
? Not sure what your picture/reply has to do with my post. It's kind of creepy TBH.

I was saying UCONN has a turrrible volleyball team.

Many talk down to the athletes that play VB. They are some amazing ladies, and most of them find amazing success in life.

Really? UCONN is that bad?

Not talking down at all. I root for all UCONN athletes and student-athletes in general. It's definitely one of our worst sports. Hopefully WSU can elevate our volleyball program like I think UCONN will elevate WSU's WBB program.

I am looking forward to that! Coach Adams (new coach, same last name) has some work to do, but we were making strides under Coach Adams (old coach).

Coach Lamb has done a great job here, and Valley had actually turned into a descent VB league. Hoping to continue success of the program in the AAC.
WSU Volleyball is... arousing.
I'll watch volleyball when the ladies are playing it
End of line

We've averaged just over 23 wins a year the last three years, so I think we're pretty good.

We will find out soon enough. But your gals will obviously lead the league in attendance since you are one of the top in the country year in and out. When we play you in VB on Sunday, Oct 15th at Koch arena - the day after our big FB game in Tulsa vs Houston, the misses and I are talking about going to WSU for that VB match. And we've never even seen a college VB game before. It may be the only chance we have to see the inside of Koch Arena since it will be difficult to get MBB tickets this year I'm sure.
Volleyball is a great sport. We used to be solid. Then we decided to treat the sport like an ugly stepchild. The results (craptastic) followed.

Hopefully the program will rise once they move into the new arena. It's a disgrace we allowed them to play in the Athletics-Alumni Building for over a decade.

soak your phone/tablet/computer in a gallon of water, it will make your posts better. trust me
SMU is coming off our best season in program history - AAC Champs. Damn, just noticed Houston had a rough season at 0-20 in AAC play. Ouch!
That's what we get for moving volleyball into a hangar and hiring a coach from Houston Baptist University who really wasn't showing much there.

You get what you pay for.

Don't think ours makes six figures
Yeah, but your ladies play in a refurbished Moody. We literally laid down a volleyball court in a corner of the huge Athletic-Alumni center. It shares space with an indoor track and football practice field. Curtains separate the spaces. Temporary metal bleachers are the stands. There's no video replay board or any of those type of amenities you'd find in a real arena. It's a miracle we can recruit anyone to that. Also, because it's a huge hangar like building, the air conditioning is LOUD as F. It's a terrible environment. I am most excited about the Feritita Center for volleyball than hoops.
