Generally speaking, people from SW Ohio don't really relate to the rest of the state and therefore have surprisingly casual feelings towards the state school in Columbus. We rarely compete against them or their B10 peers so it's hard to 'ride the jock strap' of a school that's outside of the Republic and in a different league.

With CLF taking over I am almost certain the product will be infinitely more entertaining even in year 1. TT was a cancer. The Republic is crazy about football and CLF's passion will resonate with the fans. We left the kiddie pool along time ago and have no intention of returning anytime soon. Have a nice fall.

We have a large contingent of what I would call the Wal-Mart ChicKUn fans in Kansas. They think that wearing K|Uck-City gear is akin to saying they're proud to be a Kansan - a sort of patriotic gesture. Unbeknownst to them, what they are actually wearing is a badge of cowardice. Rest assured they've never attended the university or know the many details regarding its reputation of ChicKUnry. These actions are intended to be a form of escapism from the sadness that is their miserable lives; ironically, it's actually a personification of it.
