I find your comment very interesting. Are you really that surprised that there are white people that hate other white people? And do you really think it's just liberals? Assuming Davidst is white, it seems like he is upset that the former HS player now in college is white. The black guy did less time than the white guy. The race or skin color of the former HS players has nothing to do with the story so why bring it in.
fwiw, Mays served the longer sentence. His AA cohort got out after a year. mays served two. He also has to register as a sex offender for the next 20 years.
