Media guide for C-USA just came in. WKU would rather not be referred to as Western Kentucky.

except for the men's basketball team/ When Stansbury got to BG he told them the "WKU" think was silly and that they've ALWAYS been "Western Kentucky" and that's how he wants them referred. The rest of the teams will use "WKU"

Most of their fans refer to themselves as Western.

And I have never used C-USA. Only this conference would be stupid enough to want the hyphen.
