Quintin is a transfer from ODU and who hails from Nokesville. He hasn't seen much playing time so far at either ODU or JMU. If there was ever a time to step up and into the conversation for him, it is now. The Dukes need depth and guys to step up at the wideout positions. Good luck to Quintin this fall.

The home opener on September 9 is now 3 months away. Tick...tick...tick...

TGIF to all!

SMART man
His HS stats are impressive, I wonder what has kept him from playing time at the college level. Perhaps at 6'0" he doesn't make a large enough target.

Makes you wonder, but then I have to realize 3 seniors (Ravenel, Taylor, and Davis) were not going to be supplanted in their roles last year while getting the vast majority of targets - along with Alls. Just a harder nut to crack in terms of getting PT ahead of those guys a season ago. And, in blowouts when the 3rd string guys did get in, we tended to run the ball/clock to avoid running up the score once those guys mentioned above + Schor, et al, were done for the game.

Having said all that, I hope QR and all the WR's, including some incoming guys and a transfer from UVA, will see the opportunities in front of them.
