G1 Southern Miss vs Illinois-Chicago-------4239
G2 South Alabama vs Mississippi State----4248
G3 Mississippi State vs Illinois-Chicago----4149
G4 Southern Miss vs South Alabama-------4237
G5 South Alabama vs Mississippi State----4181

I'm a little disappointed we didn't have any games approach the 5k mark, although I'm sure the weather had a lot to do with that.

The average is certainly respectable. I think the fact that every game played involved either us or MSU helped in that respect. A USA vs UIC match-up wouldn't have been a big draw.

All those numbers are bogus. They aren't scanning everyone in the roost. G3 and G5 were way below G4.

Thats kind of embarassing that the game with the most attendance involves msu and not usm.
Had the USM/UIC game been at 6pm Friday, there would have been over 5k listed.
One of the games when MS was playing announced over 4k. There was nowhere near that many. Purely tickets sold.

It goes both ways I suppose. We get shorted on the number of fans actually in the roost and they get a bump in numbers reported because of tickets sold.
From what I read on Twitter from either Magee or Munz, they only sold 4,500 tickets intentionally.
Heres what msu thinks of the attendance

Still greatly flawed to say the least.
If it never cracked 4500, there is no freaking way the place holds 6000 as advertised. Somebody's wrong on one end of that equation.
