'Tis the offseason...

Imagine you have 50-100 million dollars to donate towards the Glass Bowl, what are you renovating? Any ideas from other stadiums you've seen that would be a great fit for the Glass Bowl?

I love the really modern lighting at Rutgers, a very much needed area that needs improved at the GB...

Food
Larimer: gone. replaced with a proper keep, drawbridge and a moat, with dragons.
Strip the turf and put in a hockey rink and some wrestling mats and a really tight banked oval. And some lights to keep others happy.

Replace east side upper, more diverse concessions, lighting and a new 25 seat sky box for me since I just donated 50 mill. 24 of you can join me. We'll see who sucks up best.

A domed Glass Bowl... I think people would show up if it weren't so freakin cold on Tuesday nights in November.

I'd replace the east side upper as well, and expand it all the way stretching to the press box, but also try to keep some of the brick wall in tact by the student section.

Glass enclosed hospitality area in the south end of Glass Bowl similar to
what Colorado State is doing with New Belgium. A deck something like the Cowboy's have is also ok.

Really, and I think everyone agrees that the eastside upper deck needs to be replaced and the lights need to be moved and upgraded.
you can put that glass hospitality deck on the eastside one story up with the upper deck over it, and some inside/outside suites similar to the ones at Fifth Third Field at the top.

or put the hospitality area in the middle with the suite on both sides with the new upper deck above them.

also add some concessions and restrooms behind the upper deck so those people up there don't have to come back down to ground level if they don't want to..

Everything Terry said, and put a lid (dome) over it all... (35,000-40,000 capacity).
Maybe since we are the glass city, corporate sponsorship (Owens Corning, O-I) could help make it happen...
Also, one little detail, would be to open up the block towers for access into the GB...

REplace the upper east side stands. Make it like 5/3 Field - have the first few rows overhang the lower level, with those first few rows being suites.

Lighting would not cost that much. Needs to happen.
One thing that the Glass Bowl does not have that needs to happen are private group seating options with food similar to every minor league stadium in the country. These could be implemented rather inexpensively.
Location one should have been the roof of the new bathroom building.
Location two and three...the north end towers
Location four....the wide aisle in the south end.
Location five....bring in flat bed trailers behind the wall at south end

By the way. I need to remember to play the lottery to cover this
