play with that kind of fire???.....you become toast in that environment one way or the other...
A weird part of our legal system is that his suicide vacates his conviction in the first murder. Wonder if his family gets NFL money due to that.
What was the point in fighting the last charges.
What can we do to get people like this guy and the Facebook murderer in Cleveland to just off themselves BEFORE they kill anyone else?

What? How is that possible?
I guess he didn't feel like hanging around any longer...

I think that he's only eligible because he was going through the appeals process for the conviction. I also think his attorney will have to file a motion for it. I don't think it's automatic. It's an interesting quirk in Mass. law.
There's two ways to look at this.

Optimistically: he completed his sentence.
Pessimistically: He is now out indefinitely with a neck injury.
He'll be a popular fantasy football deep sleeper (about six feet) this year.
I won't mourn his passing.

You have a constitutional right to aid in your appeal. Since he can't, the conviction is vacated and his family can collect the insurance on the voiding of his contract.

Sounds like crazy talk. Why would an appeal move forward if the person appealing dies?
Aaron Hernandez still didn't choke as badly as the Falcons.
