I realized Jared Kushner's dad had been in jail, but I didn't realize what a scumbucket he was. Hiring a prostitute to try to get his brother-in-law on tape and then mailing it to his sister? He tried it on his accountant, but the trap failed. There's an accountant joke there somewhere.

(I actually had a vendor whose contract I was auditing once take me to lunch and suddenly bring in this drop dead gorgeous, tall blonde account manager. Our operations guy was looking nervous, but I didn't really understand why. Lots of coded language. Didn't even realize until I got home what the vendor was trying to do!)
Sucks for Christie as he was just doing his job.
Who would ever think 'the power of the *****' would continue to reign supreme...
Interesting read. Regardless of which side of the political spectrum one may fall this is all like some night time soap opera we all get to view in real time as the story-line continues to develop, almost daily. The cast of characters in this drama are fascinating to say the least.

Doing ones job too well can be detrimental at times, obviously. Ask any union worker.
I never liked Kushner. I think Ivanka could be a good counterbalance against the conservative group think. However, you can't get Ivanaka without Jared. Therefore, both should be booted IMHO. Kushner is a scandal waiting to happen IMHO.

Exact same thing happened to me but I worked for a State Representative at the time. It was all over looking for support to have a local business to paint a railroad bridge with the name of their restaurant.

Life is damn strange sometimes.
