Memphis guard Markel Crawford (@humbleservant_1) told ESPN he will leave Memphis. Will be a grad transfer. Averaged 12.8 ppg this past year.

Has Ty Lazenby visited yet? I know he really impressed at the NJCAA tournament in Hutchinson a couple of weeks ago. 40-something points in one of the games. He's not highly rated in the JUCO 100 but seems like a quality player. Sounds like Memphis will need a couple of guys that can score.

Has Ty Lazenby visited yet? I know he really impressed at the NJCAA tournament in Hutchinson a couple of weeks ago. 40-something points in one of the games. He's not highly rated in the JUCO 100 but seems like a quality player. Sounds like Memphis will need a couple of guys that can score.
I heard we were trying to get him in. We already signed a JUCO SG so I don't know how reasonable it is to get him.

They seem to be targeting a lot of frontcourt players and trying to get Chris Darrington and maybe a grad transfer

Looks like Kareem Brewton was a better get but he doesn't seem to be much of a shooter. 22% from 3

Kareem Brewton looks like he can contribute. We won't be as bad as a lot of people in town are claiming, but we will be just above the bottom of the AAC. Probably 125 - 150 Kenpom.
If Tubby survives next year, things might work out. But it's a witch hunt right now in the city. These people are crazy......
