I think the bottom of the barrel is when the kid says thanks, but no thanks and sticks with the D2 school.

The best JUCO kids at College of the Siskiyous get scouted by the D2 head coach from Oregon Tech...He sits in the gym bleachers at the end of the season when we have a high ranking JUCO--takes him to dinner and offers him a schollie or two--if he has a friend he wants to bring along. lol
Yesterday I was wondering if Tubby had checked out the D2 commits yet.
Tubby's recruiting philosophy is never going to work at a school like Memphis. It makes absolutely no since to actively a kid like this while at the same time put zero effort into a much more highly rated player right here at home (Rod Brown- Cordova 6'6" F). As damning as the Lawson situation is, The more alarming situation is his terrible recruiting since he arrived here. If she strikes out with the Class of 2018 how can he keep his job?
Class of 2018 High Major D-1 Prospects that are likely headed somewhere other than MEMPHIS and Tubby has done little or nothing to actively recruit them.
