Had his head up Tubby's ass.
Think higher than him and you got it

He and Bowen are just puppets

Since Mike Rose left the program , (And now we know why cancer) it's been one big debacle after another
The wine and cheesers apparently enjoy mediocrity in men's basketball.

Jesus?
Rudd and Bowen ARE responsible no matter what the advice given them from donors. They could have put their foot down for once and disagreed. Anyway, BB revenue is down an incredible amount in past 3 years despite creative accounting by university.
Nah he can stay football is at unprecedented highs
Get rid of the best thing the University has going because of a possibly bad basketball hire?

F off.

They can't do anything without them

How else are they gonna pay a coach 3 mil a year

Wake the hell up

Who said we had to pay $3M? If the donors wanted Tubby or no one at $3M, you stand up for once and say no. Who in their right minds gives Tubby a $15M plus contract? You need to wake up.

Yeah piss the big money guys off that's a great idea dumb ass
Graf and Laurie wanted to show the basketball world we could pay $3 million a year, they wanted a name hire, and someone who was the opposite of paster (i.e. someone who can actually coach). The boosters had good intentions but it just didn't work out, no need to bash our money people because we would be a sunbelt school without them
Are you people freaking serious? The program has been mediocre before this season but for seven freaking seasons. Rudd is the best president this university has ever had bar none. Simply amazing! I said Tubby should not be stronghold by the nuts of Keelon. He will shop his own sons around for a bigger payday. Tubby's a winner! We will be back! Go Tigers!!

Yep. But those with zero attachment to the University other than purchasing basketball season ticket could care less.

There's not as many of those anymore as you think

I'm still trying to understand what 'stronghold by the nuts of Keelon' means. Terrible visual.
Rudd is great president

Bowen is an above average AD

Let's give Tubby the chance to start over without so much influence from the Lawson's. The Lawson's milked the power they had to the max and it was detrimental to the program.

Yep. Good intentions. Bad results. We will restart the process in two years. We won't be down forever.

I just glad we got the fund raising for the facilitates done before the wheels feel off. Y'all got to have faith. Rudd, Graf, Laurie, Martin know what they are doing. We will rebuild.
I don't think there was or is any coherent plan for what to do if we don't become P5.

I think we are still off balance.
p5 was the biggest let down.
Everything else kinda paled.

And the only thing I don't get is why anyone trusted a conference where Texass
was king.

LOL
Going after the good guys who keep us relevant - time and big money.
You never disappoint.
