Just released this afternoon. Wow, talk about a major boost in strength of schedule for the Rockets as they will be taking part in the 2017 Hoophall Miami Invitational.

UT plays @ Kansas on Tues., Nov. 28 in Allen Fieldhouse
UT plays @ Syracuse TBD in the Carrier Dome

I wonder if that means Toledo will be playing Oakland and Texas Southern also, and where?

Winning one of those would be nice. . Seems like we gave Kansas a game a few years back. Don't recall ever playing Syracuse. I envision us ahead by one with 25 seconds to play when a Syracuse player dunks. The ref raises both hands to indicate a three. Refs convene at the monitor and confirm it was a three pointer. We make two free throws (Hey, it could happen!) to tie and lose in OT.

The Kansas game will be a big deal for Justin Roberts. You know his father will be there.

Justin's dad Norm Roberts is an assistant coach for Kansas. He is the former head coach of Big East member St. John's

good to schedule games like this. looks like both will be in november before willie jackson becomes eligible so we will be short one of our more physical athletic players.
