... because, you know, it can't possibly have medicinal benefit right?

Welllllllllll that awkward moment when one of them gets DEA approval for synthetic marijuana.

jesus.

libertarians/Libertarians and pot, again.

do libertarians/Libertarians think about anything else?

here's the funny part. when libertarians/Libertarians get criticized for being obsessed about pot laws, they get all menopausal about it.
so the fed integration/regulation begins...

it's a joke how we can't individually grow crops legally....just like brewing beer (now legal in most locales) or producing 'shine (still illegal)

you couldn't pay me to swallow a synthetic....

and I can tell you this....the pain argument is utter bs....nausea/sleep aid is arguable as a solution....I should know as an on/off smoker for 30+ yrs now

the bottom line is out of all the mind altering drugs, weed is easily the least in relative impact to the general population and responsibility of usage...

Square the circle for me. Why should synthetic marijuana be Schedule 2 and DEA approved but the plant is still Schedule 1? Because the only reason I see for the difference is lobbyist money.

Also, a search for posts in The Spin Room with marijuana returned 3 threads for the entire month of March. So I'm not sure why you're again'ing so hard. Thou doth protest too much.
Because the plant funds C American and S American drug terrorists, you twit.

(A) synthetic marijuana has bad actors that are proactively creating the schedule 1 drug, and there is no other plausible explanation for it than to sell on a wholesale level. that means kids.

(B) you won't find any posts from me in the past several months because I find your moderation irrational, and I therefore avoid your forum.

I have a few ears in the local hospitals....spice is out of control ugly....it's right there with meth....

I vote au naturel vs any synthetic every day and the eighth one if possible...

XACLY!

I'll go to the ground lobbying for what comes out of it coupled with the education to react and legislate in ways relevant to the generating crop growth that will benefit the nation as a whole....

I've said it too many times.....the hemp side of the equation is a much larger part of the equation....the jobs created from developing that industry would yield volumes...

it's a shame prop 48 in the 'sip didn't make the ballot last year (and disturbing I couldn't sign the petition due to the obvious)....it could've been a game changer for the rural folk....

which started happening during the '00s on this....

hell, henry ford built a car out of hemp plastic designed to run on hemp gasoline.....it's hardly an enigma why that got squashed coupled with prohibition and the fear mongering propaganda that displayed blacks raping white women

the robber barons were on the rampage....

A) THE KIDS! oh noes! They're coming FOR THE KIDS. Got some pearls I can clutch for this hyperbole?

B) The butt hurt is real.
If I were president pot would be legal and we would burn all opioids in a giant bonfire.
Legalize marijuana and all illegal drugs. Pass them out for free on election day.

Perfect solution.

I'd like to hear your foreign policy, tax policy, and health care policy as well. But so far so good.
This country needs a debate on whether the pharmaceutical industry should be shut down or at least have their research expenses as non-deductable on their taxes. All they have done over the last 60-70 years is produce a lot of drugs that end up costing too much. And that doesn't even consider the added costs of Social Security and Medicare that occur because they keep people alive longer.

Should millennials and Gen-Xers be footing the bill for all the statins, anti-depressants and Viagara?
