Former Local El Paso Montwood High School Head Coach Chuck Veliz is expected to join the UTEP Football Coaching Staff as the new receivers coach. Chuck Veliz was a great head coach of the Montwood High School Rams during his time as head coach at Montwood so this is great addition for the staff!:
