most deserved for both. Barnes is just a little thing but really knows how to run the offense. Childress has a killer outside shot. Remember, she won the shootout at the pre-season event against the guys.

When will the other pieces of the puzzle fall into place?
Shouldn't we expect greater results than what we have seen the last 2 to 3 years or is that still in the process of being developed?

Post defense seems to me to be the biggest problem. This is obviously a team that is transitioning from Coach Norton's inherited team that was defense-oriented, but offensely limited to an offensive-minded team.

Which we are currently in year 3 of I believe.
I think the freshman class is pretty good, just don't see any signs of life from the other classes.

Probably because the other classes were small. We had 2 hs signees last year with Wolfe and Kuzmanic plus 2 transfers. Wolfe redshirted with an injury and does not seem to be fully recovered. Kuzmanic was all freshman in CUSA. The 2 transfers have played significant roles. Last year's team had a bunch of seniors left over from the previous coach's team(hence the 2 true freshmen) that did not fit with Coach Norton's style of play...
