Yeah, good luck with that. 07-coffee3
Since when is Twitter a source to take down a sitting official?

It was either ordered by Obama or Clinton. Loretta Lynch didn't come up with the idea on her own and execute it without getting her orders (or blessing) from somewhere. I doubt she will fall on the sword. Truth will come out.

"...All that is certain is that we are witnessing a homegrown attack on a sitting president, most likely by elements of our own government and most likely for purely partisan purposes.
If true, that would be at least as un-American as anything the Trump people might have done in communicating with Russians.
In that context, we cannot ignore an ominous warning the top Democrat in the Senate issued before the inauguration. At that point, Trump already had made accusations that intelligence officials were leaking secret information in a bid to deny him the presidency.
“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Chuck Schumer said on television. “So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he’s being really dumb to do this.”"
So schumer just said the US intelligence community would "get back" at the President?

Astonishing
It's a crying shame that out first black president would be such a corrupt p.o.s.

USA Today joining NYT in going over the top. Article on Trump's claims is primarily about his critics and throws in lots of editorializing talking about "unprecedented attacks on his predecessor."

The headline is about Trump wanting a congressional probe of abuse of wiretapping by the Obama administration, but the story is basically just an attack on Trump.

That's why I'm hoping Billary is behind it and the tarmac meeting was about this and not Hillary's investigation. I can't stand Obama or his policies, but being the first black president, I don't want this to be his legacy.

Remember from where he launched his campaign…
Spying on your enemies to get the goods to take them down is pure Chicago politics.

No way Loretta ordered this without her boss being in the know.
A court ordered it. This will gaurantee an investigation. I think the end game will be putting Pence on the iron throne but it's also a chess game for them. They can't be seen as an accompli and they have to be seen as fighting it.

Courts order wiretaps? Wow.

Obama never mentioned his predecessor or attacked him did he?

A fake court ordered it. The FISA court has only turned down a handful out of thousands of requests. The fact that the rubber stamp court denied the warrant regarding Trump should tell you just how B.S. the request was. The FISA is something the ACLU, the EFF, and anyone with have a brain has railed against for years because it is just a kangaroo court.

Here's a wikipedia link that shows by year how many requests were turned down, granted, or modified.

The lines are drawn as it continues....

Quote:White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders went on ABC's This Week to call for a congressional investigation into allegations the Obama administration ordered the wiretaps.

However, Ms Sanders refused to say where Mr Trump got his information from or why he blamed the former president.

She told this week: "If they're going to investigate Russia ties, let's include this as part of it. That's what we're asking."

Ms Sanders would not elaborate on what the president meant, saying his tweets speak for themselves. She also would not say exactly where the president got his information.

Without being specific, Ms Sanders said Mr Trump is "going off information that he's seen that have led him to believe that. ... And if it is, this is the greatest overreach and the greatest abuse of power that I think we've ever seen and a huge attack on democracy itself."

The top House Democrat said it is "just ridiculous" for Mr Trump to claim Mr Obama would ever have ordered any wiretap of an American citizen.

Representative Nancy Pelosi said "we don't do that" and she called the charge a "smear."

Ms Pelosi told CNN's State of the Union that Mr Trump is following the playbook of making something up, having the media report it and then saying everybody is writing about it.

The California Democrat said that's "a tool of an authoritarian" — to always having people "talking about what you want them to be talking about."

Call For Investigation

Ridiculous. Cathy Arue stated last night that the taps were discussed by the Obama white house per a White House source that had been with Obama for 7 years and hand picked. Obama is busted.
Obama and his crooks need to be prosecuted over this bugging. Obama was crooked to the very end.

I usually stand on the opposite side of the ACLU on nearly everything they stand for. This isn't one of those times.
You know the more we see, it's obvious an administration in DC is compromised. The Obama administration.
