I figured this had already been a thread, but since I never listened to them I'm sure I ignored it.

Joe Rogan's has actually been the only one I've listened to so far.
Hardcore History - very in depth on a single subject or idea (WWI and Genghis Khan eps were really good on events that I knew fairly well and not at all respectively)
Startalk - Neil Degrasse Tyson and guests talk space
Revisionist History - Malcolm Gladwell looks back at events and discussed whether we misinterpreted their impact (the 3 pt university series was great)
Invisibilia - NPR pod looking at the invisible things that impact life
Pardon My Take is my current favorite.

I also listen to:
Startalk
Men in Blazers
Bill Simmons (and selective a few other Ringer podcasts)
Pod Save America
Pardon My Take is my favorite. I'll stop whatever I'm listening to when a new episode drops.

Freakanomics
TED Radio Hour
Sword & Scale - this one took a bit to grow on me.
Econtalk is fantastic. Always interesting.

StarTalk is one of my favorite podcasts around, if for no other reason than the various guests and the extremely knowledgeable talk.

Big fan of The Ringer Network for sure.

Bill Simmons Podcast (random assortment of topics and guests, some good recent ones with Durant and JJ Reddick, and one of the best podcasts I've ever listened to with Chris Sacca) and The Watch (pop culture) are very good and weekly listens for me.

They had a Political pod that was a heavy left lean but still entertaining even for this centrist called Keeping It 1600, but the hosts all moved on to creating their own...I don't think they've started one yet. The Ringer University pods are good and bad, typically stick to the big fish, so UC doesn't get a ton of mention, but they're entertaining discussions at the very least.

If you're a video game guy I also like IGN's Game Scoop pod, good discussion with no leans, lots of nostalgia, and a pretty entertaining end of pod game they play (Video Game 20 Questions)
My interests are likely a bit more niche compared to the rest of the board... but there might be something of interest for you all here.

You Must Remember This - This is probably my favorite podcast and it is dedicated to exploring the secret and/or forgotten histories of Hollywood's first century. Currently they are doing an entire season on "Dead Blondes" whom all died early i.e. Veronica Lake, Jean Harlow.

Dinner Party Download - Weekly NPR Show with guests mostly in the entertainment industry

Pop Culture Happy Hour - NPR podcast focused on Pop Culture, and what we are currently consuming

Doug Loves Movies - is another I listen to weekly. Its fairly irrelevant but Comedian Doug Benson has 3 or 4 guests on and they talk movies and play movie related trivia games in front of a live audience.

Art of Wrestling with Colt Cabana - Indy wrestling star Colt Cabana has a chat with a different wrestler weekly where they chat about their career, life, or any topic really.

Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast - Sam Roberts who was producer of Opie and Anthony and also has a show on SiriusXM with Jim Norton hosts this show where he has a interview with a wrestler then recaps the week in WWE. His voice is a bit odd, so YMMV on this one

The Cannon - currently on hiatus, but rumored to be back soon. Hosted by film critic Amy Nicholson (LA Times, now MTV) and Critic/editor of Birth Movies Death (former) Devin Faracci debate/argue the merits of certain movies and if they should go down in the "cannon" of greatest movies of all time. There are about 100 episodes you can work through while we wait for Amy to bring back the show.

I am a little older than you are, but for a wrestling podcast, I prefer "Something to Wrestle with" with Bruce Prichard and Conrad Thompson. Bruce was Vince McMahon's right hand man for 22 years and tells the behind the scenes stories of who, what and why about the WWF/WWE. For that remember, Bruce was also the WWF character "Brother Love".
