Unless we come out with a game plan to drive and get Cacock some looks, I think we lose to NU. We simply cannot expect to win consistently hoping we get hot from 3, and that includes the CAA tournament. Not really optimistic at this point unless I see proof we realize that and play differently.
6-pt lead despite being 0-8 from 3. That bodes well for us. Playing pretty good D too overall.
39-19 good guys at the half.
It's nice when the refs let us play.

Well, NU doesn't play as much "body" basketball as CoC. That's a huge difference that does two things:
1. The game isn't as physical and slowed down by a bunch of whistles
2. Allows us to stay in an offensive rhythm and folks like Flemmings thrive.
Speaking of Flemmings. Having a huge game tonight. Has outscored the Huskies by himself with 20 points already.
We are also doing a good job of shot fakes followed by dribble drives to the rack or those drives leading to an open look. A lot more team basketball tonight. Hope they stay locked in for the 2nd half.

Calm down. Fans are allowed to worry. It's not like anyone was giving up on them, just voicing concerns.

If they perform like this I'll pick against them rest of the year!

Agree. Now the second half scares me lately. It didn't in the beginning of the season, but does now.

I have a feeling losing that game to Elon lit a fire under them. That, and for whatever reason Flemmings is very comfortable playing NU.

And I'm allowed to rip on them for the excessive negativity when Keatts and the boys, once again, prove people wrong.
If Flemmings is truly back, we're going to be insanely tough to beat. Until tonight he was our 3rd or 4th scoring option this year. Hopefully the light switch is on now the rest of the way.
