I really wish I could say calm down and say y'all the game isn't over...
but its over.. we will get our 8th loss on the season.. 14 point lead for plenty of teams wouldn't be the end but for us it is..
I hope one day we can be competitive again and have a loud crowd and a program to be proud of..
the only thing im proud of these days is the past, because presently UOFM basketball is nothing special at all..
sad sad sad.. the crowd the coach and the team look asleep..

Why call timeout? It's obvious several guys are just going through the motions waiting until they can get paid to do the same. Nothing that can be said in a timeout will change that.

There were multiple breaks. Timeouts were not the issue. Opportunities to talk to team during the Temple run was not the issue.

Plenty of blame for both players and coaches...but Temple also made everything...you can say poor D and I won't disagree but they also made some tough shots.

Just imagine the outrage and years' long antogonism if Josh had given up a 25-2 run with no timeouts---at home!

Plenty? Basically one at the 4 minute mark because the scoreless drought started right before the 8 minute mark.

Of course, I also know you are well aware that in college basketball you can only carry over 3 timeouts to the 2nd half, so if you don't use the other timeout, you lose it.

So that begs the question, why not at the least use the timeouts that you will lose at the end of the first instead of just slowly watching a nine point lead turn into a 14 point deficit?

In the post game, Tubby was talking about the 25-2 run and no kidding, part of his response was, "oh well, what can you do?"

CTS sucked today. KJ sucked today . Martin might as well only stayed on one end of the floor today because he didn't even want to shoot the ball . This team was very beatable , but DL was the only one who actually cared enough to focus. Awful Awful loss . Until we have more than one player who puts in the effort and has the desire to win we'll not win a game that matters ?. Needed to get that off my chest ... I had it on in the background since it was nice down here. I swore he called one but it must have been a TV one. We couldn't hit one and they couldn't miss. It was like playing Michigan State in 08
