So the idea of prospective students playing with the marching band at the spring game won't be a thing. My son was actually kinda excited to do that. Well we will schedule our visit around it

People pay to go to OSU's spring game. And they still fill the stadium.
Toledo's is free and barely draws anything.
People need to stop comparing Toledo to OSU/UM/ND.
We draw better than Maryland, Rutgers, and the likes...isn't that worth it? Not many programs attract fans on both sides of the stadium for its spring game.

NO WE DO NOT!! Those games are telivised and watched by the millions.

Maryland's announced attendance of 8,319 ranks right below Vanderbilt, but above Wisconsin, Purdue, Arizona, Illinois, Minnesota, Duke, Baylor and Oklahoma State, among others.

I specifically remember watching Chester Taylor and Michael Roberts for the first time, and thinking UT Really had something special there. When the question about Ely and Woodside head to head was going on, I was comfortable with the Ely decision after the spring game. Obviously, Woodside was a different point then. Still the question was out there.
I can't guarantee I will be there, so I can't be too critical. Does it build a fan base? My wonderful wife would be bored out of her mind, but watching UT beat Arkansas in Little Rock was cool for her. Being relevant in D1 football does more to build a fan base. The Spring games feeds the already passionate fan.

Those voracious Norwood followers probably need to temper their hopes as Candall make no mention of him in his linebacker capsule. Nice video of new db coach Poteat on the Blade site.
